Types of Events
The Jamaica Conference Centre is the ideal location for: Local, regional and international Conferences,, Meeting, seminars and workshops, Graduations, Weddings, Luncheons and Cocktails 

Technical and Support Services - All five conference rooms are equipped for simultaneous interpretation of six languages. The layout of each room is appropriately designed in either a semi-circular fashion or in vertical blocks to suit delegations.

Regular Service - rental of the facility includes janitorial services, water service for head table, air-conditioning in conference and caucus rooms and normal lighting.

Reception Foyer - the Reception Foyer houses an information desk, documents distribution counter.

Conference Administration Office - the Conference Administration Office provides meeting services, reproduction of documents and other administrative services which may be required. General enquiries regarding meeting services may be directed to the Administration Office.

Medical Post - facilities to accommodate a First Aid response unit are located on the ground floor of the office building.

Telephone - Telephone operators are on duty to assist participants with overseas calls. Many of the offices and all conference rooms in the Centre are equipped with telephones. Also, there are a number of public pay telephones for local and international calls.

Comprehensive Security - is provided on a 24-hour basis by electronic systems and a private security firm. There are guards at the entrance to the Centre and a Security Post within the facility. Regular and specialized services of the city’s police can be arranged on request.

Parking Facilities - The Centre provides parking on property for a limited number of its guests. Additional parking is provided in the adjoining multi-storey parking facility. 

Dining Facilities - Our Seabreeze Restaurant overlooks the Entry Plaza and Reflecting Pool to the north, and the Internal Garden to the south and has a seating capacity of 250 persons. It is open for public dining from Mondays to Fridays serving breakfast and lunch and offers an extensive array of menu selection ranging from Yard Style to Gourmet.
Private dining can be arranged in the Delegates’ Dining Room which is air-conditioned and seats up to 160 persons.
The Jamaica Conference Centre has retained the services of a concessionaire which provides all catering services to the Centre.

Exhibition Area - Adjoining the upstairs cafeteria is a 2,400 sq. ft. Exhibition Hall with track lighting. Additional exhibition spaces are available throughout the Centre.
